Nancy Andersen is a real estate closing specialist for H & D Title & Closing Services. She has experience in the preparation of all documents necessary for residential transactions. Nancy coordinates all of the details and/or documentation necessary in order to facilitate the closings and finalize the post closing issues.

Nancy is a graduate of Quincy Junior College in Massachusetts. She worked in Boston for six years preparing and conducting real estate closings before moving to Maine. She has provided closing services to H & D Title and its predecessors for ten years.

As a mother of two boys, she has been active in the community, in school and sports related programs and has been involved with several service organizations.
